Horndean Parish Council serving the villages of Horndean, Blendworth, Catherington and Lovedean in Hampshire.

Horndean Parish Council formally came into existence on 14th March 1932.

The official crest of the Council is divided into four sections, with the Hampshire rose in the middle. At the top left, there are hops, representing the brewery, at the top right there are intermeshed gears wheels representing light industry, at the bottom left, Simon de Montfort's lion represents the history of the area and at the bottom right, the sheaf of corn represents farming and agriculture.
