Road Closures

 TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES –  VARIOUS ROADS HORNDEAN

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order to allow for works on the highway to be undertaken as follows:
 
 
ROADS TO BE CLOSED: those parts of the following roads –
 
  1. Linden Way between its junction with Hazleton Way and its termination at end of road.
  2. Cedar Crescent between its junction with Hazelton Way and its junction with Greenfield Crescent.
  3. Larchfield Way between its junction with Hazelton Way and its junction with Cedar Crescent.
  4. Mapletree Avenue between its junction with Greenfield Crescent and its junction with Elderberry Way.
 
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: will be signed via the following roads –
 
  1. No diversion available.
  2. Hazelton Way, Greenfield Crescent.
  3. Hazelton Way, Cedar Crescent.
  4. Greenfield Crescent, Elderberry Way.
 
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From 21st November 2011 for a period of 12 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding the above it is expected that the closures will each be required for 7 days in November/December for pre-patching and 2 days in April/September for surface dressing). 
 
Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
