TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES – VARIOUS ROADS HORNDEAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order to allow for works on the highway to be undertaken as follows:
ROADS TO BE CLOSED: those parts of the following roads –
- Linden Way between its junction with Hazleton Way and its termination at end of road.
- Cedar Crescent between its junction with Hazelton Way and its junction with Greenfield Crescent.
- Larchfield Way between its junction with Hazelton Way and its junction with Cedar Crescent.
- Mapletree Avenue between its junction with Greenfield Crescent and its junction with Elderberry Way.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: will be signed via the following roads –
- No diversion available.
- Hazelton Way, Greenfield Crescent.
- Hazelton Way, Cedar Crescent.
- Greenfield Crescent, Elderberry Way.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From 21st November 2011 for a period of 12 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding the above it is expected that the closures will each be required for 7 days in November/December for pre-patching and 2 days in April/September for surface dressing).
Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
